I could watch that for hours. In fact I just did.
I'm sure it's hypnotic.. it's weird how it suddenly gets into it's swing and then its mesmerising.
More action than Windybum on a rainy day, although the flying ball is only going one way. Does that mean Roget Fedora wins again?Love the long grass: Maybe next year, instead of mown courts we could have six foot high elephant grass growing on them instead. Now that would make the tennis interesting.
Ah Detective Inspector St Trivia you have done well! I thought I'd get away with the balls going one way and when the animation is working fast enough it isn't so noticeable. I couldn't be bothered to make another load of frames with the ball going back and it didn't occur to me until later that I could have loaded the original frames in reverse order! Plus the flight path of the ball isn't entirely straight AND for some reason it takes a while to get going properly. How interesting is all that? So much better than tennis. The reason the grass is long is because it is the couch grass on Joe's Allotment. The allotment jokes started as just one picture of Joe lost in the couch grass but seem to have taken on a bit of a life of their own with the addition of marestail and various other lost souls. Scroll back to the beginning of the blog and just check out the Allotment posts for the continuing story.
Personally I love Wimbledon. It stems from being allowed to watch it instead of doing games at school. Skiving sanctioned by teachers - whatever next?!
