Phew! It's a bit steamy isn't it? It doesn't do to get a Crab hot and bothered you know, it does bad things for the carapace.

...it's not good for cakes either!

Brilliant title, by the way!!!

Ha ha! I wonder who thought up the brilliant title Fat Rascal?

If it had been left to me it would have been "The play wot I wrote"

What cute little horns he has.

Did you go to art college, Arabella?

Arabella Sock said...

No not art college. I can't draw, I've always been better at design but didn't think I was good enough at any area to specialise. There wasn't the breadth of stuff available then. I can remember going for a careers interview and filling in some questionnaire that decided I should go into either Art Renovation or Landscape Architecture. Neither appealed at the time and for some reason I ended up in computing which appealed even less! As Ian Dury sang 'What a waste...'

What a waste, indeed. Never mind, it's our gain!

Verily, methinks this a new branch of literary fusion, Arabella? A Jane Austenesque title and a Thomas Hardy storyline, stirred lightly with a sprink-killing of Berryfields garden plot?

Oh my. I've just sprayed the laptop with my drink due to excessive mirth. More, Arabella, more!
